These databases contain the major published information items relating to Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs), that is: the product name, the proprietor, the number and date of the patent, the dates of marketing authorisation (MA) and the date of the expiration of the SPC.

 

 

 

 

 

The information is organised into 13 fields : Product (DCI), Claim (type of protection), Name (trademark), Titular (proprietor), N°SPC (SPC number), S (state of the proceedings), N°PAT (patent number), P (legal status), DATPAT (date of the patent), AMM1 (1st MA date in the EU), AMMC (MA date for an individual country), Law, ExSPC (expiry date).
